Heartland receives 8 nominations in the upcoming Rosie awards

Heartland has 8 nominations in 6 categories at this year's upcoming Rosie awards!

Hey Heartland fans! 

Every year, The Alberta Media Production Industries Association (AMPIA) presents awards for outstanding achievements in film and television.  These awards are known more commonly as the "Rosie Awards" and this year, Heartland has 8 nominations in 6 categories!

Last year, as some of you may remember, Amber Marshall herself hosted the awards from the Maggies Diner set!

Quoted from the official press release, AMPIA shared some details about the event: 

"The Alberta Film & Television Awards, continues to be the oldest film and/or television awards event in Canada, honouring its provincial production industry. In order to qualify for an Alberta Film & Television Award a production must be produced or co-produced by a production company based in Alberta.."

BEST SCRIPTED SERIES OR MINI-SERIES

BEST DIRECTOR (SCRIPTED OVER 30 MINUTES)

BEST PERFORMANCE BY AN ALBERTA ACTOR
