Heartland Season 15 has officially started filming in Alberta
Production on the new season began this past Monday
On Monday, June 7, it was announced that production had started on the 15th Season of Heartland. I hope you are all as excited as I am to hear this news. I know that a lof of you already know but, for those of you who don't follow #HLinProd on social media, you may be hearing this for the first time today. So... surprise! As for who has been on set this week, I can tell you that several cast members, including Amber Marshall, Michelle Morgan, Chris Potter and Kerry James have all been working this week.
Now that Heartland is filming its 15th season, it is still currently the longest-running one-hour family drama in Canadian television history. Here's a milestone you shouldn't forget; the beginning of the 15th season will mark the 225th episode! There aren't many series out there can say they have done as much world-building and character development as Heartland has over the years.
