Windsor city council report card: John Elliott - Ward 2

Elliott is the quietest councillor, mainly speaking out on issues that affect his west-end ward specifically. Frustrated with lack of action on boarded-up homes near bridge - “Down here … we’re pawns.” Admits he’s still learning the ropes at city hall.

Quote: On Mayor Drew Dilkens: "It's a big seat. I've got an up-close look at the seat myself sometimes when I go into his office. Stuff is coming in, coming and going. I think he's holding his own. Drew's a smart kid. Drew's a smart guy."
