Canada's original high-stakes reality TV series returns on CBC and CBC Gem for Season 3 on Thursday, March 6 at 8 pm. The drama is dialled up to 11 with tougher challenges, awe-inspiring locations and unforgettable clashes as Canada becomes one giant obstacle course.

Season 3 of Canada's Ultimate Challenge is a no-holds-barred competition that builds with every twist, turn and confrontation. There are friendship breakups — friendship makeups — and even a showmance.
The journey begins in Tofino, B.C, where players dive into the water and emerge on the beach to complete a high-flying puzzle.

From Tofino, the show makes iconic stops in Vancouver, B.C., Drumheller, Alta., Saskatoon, Sask., Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., Mont Tremblant, Que. and finally Halifax, N.S. for a mind-bending finale.

Twenty brand-new players bring all the excitement, ready to win a trip to the Olympic Winter Games in Italy.
Split into five teams, they face challenges that demand physical power, mental sharpness and the ability to navigate fiery team dynamics.

  • Mariam Allam - 38, a fitness trainer and former engineer with a PhD from MIT who was born in Saudi Arabia, raised in Egypt, and now lives in Toronto, Ont.
  • Aaron Chapplain - 30, a former competitive and professional figure skater, and past competitor on For the Love of DILFs from Toronto, Ont.
  • Tulio Hsu - 25, an event promoter, content creator, martial artist, and gymnast from Richmond Hill, Ont.
  • McKiya Mazur - 22, a strength and conditioning coach from Russell, Man. who trains hockey players

  • Kelly Babstock - 32, a professional hockey player in the PWHL from Wiilkwemikoong, Ont.
  • Eddie Brahimir - 27, a fence-building business owner who competes in UFC's Power Slap from Caledonia, Ont.
  • Gracia Gajinga - 25, a student and former competitor on Love Island Quebec from Montreal, Que.
  • Ene Mwadi - 27, a youth club facilitator and mentor, originally from the Congo and now based in Edmonton, Alta.
Only players with grits, guts and game will survive to claim victory. "I truly loved watching it in real-time. And I just know Canadians will love watching it on their screens," says Gonez.
