Fitness coach Beverley Cheng shares a 25-minute, no-equipment abdominal blast

A woman on a yoga mat in her living room doing a workout in front of her laptop. She's got one leg in the air, doing an abdominal crunch. Text on image says "total core workout 25 minutes no equipment."

Looking for an at-home ab workout that isn't just a whole bunch of crunches? This total core blast from fitness coach Beverley Cheng is intense enough to rival any gym sesh — and all it requires is enough space to lay out your yoga mat.

"Your core is one of the most important muscles of the body!" Beverley says. "It can move in so many directions — extension, flexion, lateral flexion, rotation — and plays a huge role in both your workouts and day-to-day activities."

In the video from her new series Body Zones, Beverley will lead you through a 25-minute no-equipment routine that'll target your deepest core muscles through fun, functional movements. Check out the full workout video below, then scroll down to see the full list of exercises. Then grab that mat and some water to get started!
