Construction closes Edward and Arthur Street intersection

The intersection of Arthur and Edwards Streets in Thunder Bay will be closed for several hours at a time Thursday through Saturday.

It's part of the ongoing reconstruction project on Arthur Street.

The first closure is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. on Thursday and last three hours. Other intermittent closures are planned for Friday and Saturday.

Traffic headed northbound on Edward Street will be required to turn right onto Arthur. No other access will be available and no through traffic will be allowed during the work periods.
