UPEI students are getting a lesson this week on mental health issues and combatting stress.
The university is kicking off its fourth annual mental health week Monday with the announcement of new student scholarships and a presentation by men's soccer coach Lewis Page who is sharing his own experience with mental health issues.
The theme of the week is "relationships matter" and one of the main workshops tackles the issue of how to help a friend suspected of having a mental illness.
Through the week, students will be invited to a "zen zone" where participants can relax, journal and even colour.
