Whitehorse RCMP have arrested an 18-year-old suspect who was being sought in connection with a break and enter at an electronics store last week.

An arrest warrant was issued earlier this week for Benjamin Wright for the break and enter at Triniti Technologies on Main Street June 24. The front window of the shop was smashed and electronics stolen.

Police found and arrested Wright on Wednesday.

A 14-year-old male that police had arrested and charged on Saturday in connection with the break and enter was found with Wright. The youth was also taken into custody for allegedly breaching his release conditions.

Both Wright and the 14-year-old male were scheduled to appear in territorial court today.

Whitehorse RCMP are still investigating the theft and ask anyone with information to contact the detachment at 867-667-5555.
