Youth charged for driving dirt bike on C.B.S. T'Railway
A youth has been charged for operating a dirt bike on the T'Railway walking system in Conception Bay South and the machine was seized and impounded.
A Conception Bay South youth driving a dirt bike on the T'Railway ended up being charged after a number of complaints from the public.
The town's enforcement unit passed on the public's tips to the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary who then launched an investigation.

Police charged the youth under the Snowmobile and All-Terrain Vehicle Act.
He is facing four charges of operating outside an approved area, as well as one charge for operating without due care.
The dirt bike was seized and impounded.
These kinds of charges will continue, in an effort to keep motorized vehicles off the T'Railway, which is closed to vehicles, according to a news release from the Town of Conception Bay South.
