RCMP have issued a second plea for information from the public after a woman was found dead in a rural area south of Pincher Creek, Alta.

Police say they're looking for dashcam footage from motorists who travelled in the area of Highway 505 and Range Road 291A between the hours of 4 p.m. on Nov. 18 and 8 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 19.

They're also asking for information on any "suspicious vehicles" that may have been in the area at that time, a media release said.

On Saturday, RCMP said they were looking for information on a dead woman between the ages of 25 and 45, who had several distinctive tattoos. At that time they released a composite sketch of her.

RCMP said the woman has since been identified, thanks to tips received from the public.

Anyone who may have footage or information about the incident is asked to contact Pincher Creek RCMP at 403-627-6000.
