Vancouver Mercedes crash leaves pedestrian in serious condition

A man hit by a Mercedes-Benz was in hospital in serious condition late on Oct. 2, after the Vancouver B.C. crash that closed the road for several hours.

A man hit by a Mercedes-Benz was in hospital in serious condition late on Oct. 2, after the Vancouver B.C. crash that closed the road for several hours.

The collision happened at about 10 p.m. PT on Knight St., near E 27th Ave., according to the B.C. Ambulance Service.

The impact of the crash with the pedestrian shattered the black Mercedes-Benz sedan window, as it drove north on Knight St.

Vancouver Police say the driver is cooperating with the investigation.
