Who is the host of Canada's Ultimate Challenge?
Broadcaster Brandon Gonez rejoins the team for another season of thrilling challenges as host. "I think that what makes this series so fun to watch is not only do you get the athleticism and the competitive spirit to win, but also what we all deal with in life," he says. "A bit of drama, a bit of love, a bit of heartbreak and friendship."

Who are the players for Season 3?
We've got an all-new cast of 20 Canadians from across the country in fighting form and ready to slay!
"When I watched Canada's Ultimate Challenge Season 2, it literally gave me goosebumps and got my heart racing. Normal people would say that's anxiety, but for me it was my body getting primed for fight because I saw the ultimate challenge that called out for me," says Tulio Hsu, an event promoter and fitness coach from Richmond Hill, Ont.
"I have always been extremely competitive and love to be pushed by my limits," says Keenan Wong, a personal trainer from Surrey, B.C., "I am the big dawg and will eat anything or anyone in my way to get the win!"

What challenges will you be featuring?
The journey begins in Tofino, B.C., where players dive into the water and emerge on the beach to complete a high-flying puzzle.
Producer Liz Cyrus takes us behind the scenes for a walk through the dramatic first challenge.
