First look: Dramatic betrayal sets the tone for Canada's Ultimate Challenge Season 3
Team Yellow’s Eddie throws his friendship bracelet to the ground at BC Place
"It's serious now," says Team Green's Veronica Beltran-Flores, "and it low-key got a little personal."
In a heated moment, Team Yellow's Eddie Brahimir threw a friendship bracelet to the ground in Vancouver's BC Place. It was a gift from Team Blue's Aaron Chapplain, who claimed to be making them for all the players on Canada's Ultimate Challenge, "out of love."
And in one dramatic gesture, Eddie lets Aaron — and all the competitors — know the time for making friends is over.
In Canada's Ultimate Challenge, 20 contestants travel from coast to coast to face obstacle course challenges that demand physical power and mental sharpness. Also important in the game is the ability to navigate fiery team dynamics. And as this clip clearly shows, the game is on.
"I love me some tea, so I was kind of excited for it to start," said Gracia Gajinga after the incident.
Watch the excitement on Canada's Ultimate Challenge: Season 3 when it lands on CBC Gem on Thursday, March 3.
