Season 3 of Canada's Ultimate Challenge is a no-holds-barred competition that builds with every twist, turn and confrontation. There are friendship breakups — friendship makeups — and even a showmance.
The journey begins in Tofino, B.C, where players dive into the water and emerge on the beach to complete a high-flying puzzle.
From Tofino, the show makes iconic stops in Vancouver, B.C., Drumheller, Alta., Saskatoon, Sask., Sault Ste. Marie, Ont., Mont Tremblant, Que. and finally Halifax, N.S. for a mind-bending finale.

Twenty brand-new players bring all the excitement, ready to win a trip to the Olympic Winter Games in Italy.
Split into five teams, they face challenges that demand physical power, mental sharpness and the ability to navigate fiery team dynamics.
"They knew the assignment," says host Brandon Gonez, "and they came ready to play."
