Russia's actions in Crimea are causing a lot of concern in Estonia. Estonia's Foreign Minister, Urmas Paet, tells Carol his fears about Russian expansion and that his country has vowed to make sovereignty and security a top priority.

Mr Paet says the security situation for all of Europe has changed significantly since Russia's intervention into Crimea, but Estonia feels secure because it is a part of NATO.
