Nova Scotia man killed in Highway 103 collision in East Chester
RCMP are investigating a collision that killed a 51-year-old Hammonds Plains man in East Chester on Friday morning.
Pickup truck, tractor-trailer were engulfed in flames when emergency crews arrived

A man is dead after a collision Friday morning on Highway 103 on Nova Scotia's South Shore.
Emergency crews responded at 11:05 a.m. to a report of a head-on crash in East Chester involving a pickup truck and a tractor-trailer, RCMP said in a news release Friday.
Both vehicles were engulfed in flames when they arrived, the release said.
A 51-year-old man from Hammonds Plains, N.S., the driver and sole occupant of the pickup, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the tractor-trailer and a passenger were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
