12 finds that will make you fall for fuchsia, the must-have colour of the moment

There’s a new pink in town.

There’s a new pink in town

Millennial pink has been stealing the show for the past couple of seasons, but for fall and winter 2018, it's all about its bolder and brighter cousin: fuchsia. Much like we saw with Gen Z yellow, people are trading typical fall colours (like rust oranges, deep reds and greens) for this statement-making option.

We saw this jewel tone styled all over the fall 2018 runways. Marc Jacobs paired textured fuchsia separates with leathers and knits in dark wine-coloured shades for a tone-on-tone look. At Alexander Wang, fuchsia got the cool-girl treatment, paired with black leather pants and The Matrix-inspired tiny sunglasses. It was spotted on the streets and on celebs too. Tracee Ellis Ross, for starters, cannot seem to get enough of the shade and has been spotted sporting it on various occasions — including the red carpet. She even addressed her love for it through an Instagram caption that said, "And yes, it's more pink. I just really love pink!"

If you're feeling inspired and want to add a hit of colour to your cold-weather wardrobe, here are 12 stylish picks that will be sure to hit the sweet spot.

This playful sweater will not only keep you warm — it's made of delicate blend of cashmere and wool — it will be the topic of conversation wherever you go thanks to the adorable dino (the brand's mascot!) featured front and centre.
