Beyoncé may have twins on the way, but that won't stop her from making other major life changes!. She and Jay Z have just put in an offer on this $135 million dollar villa (can we call it a villa? Yes, let's).
Reports are they offered $120 million, which is $15 million less than asking. See, even celebrities want a good deal.
The home was previously sold at a price tag of $15 million in 2013, but with a complete overhaul, the house is looking fresh-to-death and hopefully ready for some music royalty inhabitants.
