If you've found yourself passing on a recipe in the past because it would take too long to simmer, now's the time to put a pot on the stove — since we're all team #stayhome, we are all around to keep an eye on a dish. So, we surfaced 15 recipes that require a little extra cook time, but aren't too tricky to tackle. Soups, stews and other comfort food faves, these meals make the most of pantry items and transform cuts of meat into tender, fall-off-the-bone marvels after some simmering.
