Sask. company hoping Supreme Court gives thumbs-up to emoji appeal request
In December, Saskatchewan's Court of Appeal upheld an earlier King's Bench decision stating a thumbs-up emoji in a text message could make a contract legally binding. Now the company that lost that appeal wants the Supreme Court to weigh in.
