Homeless youth in Kamloops have a chance at a fresh start, thanks to a new, 39-bed supportive housing project called Katherine's Place. It's set to open on March 1. CBC's Shelley Joyce paid a visit to the supportive housing complex, which offers homeless youth meals, life skills training, and support to get jobs or an education.
