Indian law enforcement agencies say they are investigating alleged links between dozens of colleges in Canada and two 'entities' in Mumbai accused of illegally ferrying students across the Canada-U.S. border. Ujjal Dosanjh, who served as B.C. premier from 2000 to 2001, says Canada's lack of immigration screening has 'created a problem for ourselves.'
