A long-weekend fire at a business in south-central Windsor is being treated as suspicious, Windsor police say.
First responders attended an active fire in the 600 block of Tecumseh Road E. shortly before 10 a.m. Monday morning and found a building in flames. Windsor firefighters worked to extinguish the blaze, and police say a gas can was located at the scene.
Police say no injuries were reported but the building sustained extensive damage.
Police are encouraging residents and business owners in the area who have surveillance or dash camera footage to check their video between 9 and 10 a.m. Monday for any possible evidence.
