Premier Wynne stops in Windsor during southwestern Ontario tour
Wynne was in Chatham-Kent and the St. Thomas area on Thursday
Premier Kathleen Wynne touted "free tuition for 200,000 students" during her visit to the University of Windsor Friday morning.
The premier was referencing the Ontario Student Assistance Program, more commonly known as OSAP — and stopped at the school as part of a tour through southwestern Ontario.

Wynne stopped by St. Clair College, where she joined local leaders for a discussion about trade and the realities of raising minimum wage to $15 per hour.

The premier also visited city hall, where she met with Mayor Drew Dilkens and the rest of council.
On Thursday, the premier was in St. Thomas at the Women's Place — Elgin's Emergency Shelter. She also toured the Chatham-Kent Museum and the greenhouses of Truly Green Farms.
