Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne will discuss labour issues and meet with Windsor's city council during a visit scheduled for Friday morning.

According to an itinerary released by the premier's office, Wynne plans to speak at the Head Starts event at the University of Windsor before visiting St. Clair College, where she will join others for a roundtable discussion on labour.

Those talks will not be hosted by the Windsor and District Labour Council as the premier's office initially indicated.

Wynne's next stop in the day will be at city hall, where she will meet with Mayor Drew Dilkens and the rest of council.

On Thursday, the premier was in St. Thomas at the Women's Place — Elgin's Emergency Shelter. She also toured the Chatham-Kent Museum and the greenhouses of Truly Green Farms.
