Toronto Zoo's twin panda cubs hang with mom Er Shun in new video
Baby giant pandas are 10 weeks old
New footage released by the Toronto Zoo shows the 10-week-old baby twin panda cubs spending some quality time with their mom, Er Shun.
One of the giant panda cubs weighs about 6.6 pounds and is 56.5 centimetres in length, while the other weighs about 5.5 pounds and is about 50 centimetres in length.
The zoo says the cubs continue to grow and can now fully open their eyes.
"The strong bond she has formed with each of the cubs is remarkable," said the zoo in a release.
The zoo says they are not allowing media or the public in to see the cubs yet because they are still in a critical period of their lives.
The twin cubs were the first-ever giant pandas born in Canada.
The pandas are on loan from a zoo in China as part of a breeding program. They will remain in Toronto until 2018.
