Drake invites Norm Kelly to OVO festival amid rap beef
Will the councillor show up?
Toronto rapper Drake used an Instagram post to invite Toronto city councillor Norm Kelly to his OVO festival, a two-day annual concert at the Molson Amphitheatre.
The invite comes while Drake is in the midst of defending his reputation against an attack from Meek Mill, a Philadelphia rapper who accused Drake of not writing his own lyrics.
Coun. Kelly became a staunch ally of Drake in the battle, tweeting his support the "Canadian hero" Drake and attacking his adversary Meek Mill.
The Scarborough councillor continues to make fun of Meek Mill on Twitter, including a tweet sent out Thursday night.
Kelly has gained 65,000 followers because the commotion about the feud.

Kelly is currently on vacation and has not confirmed whether he will be at the Toronto hip hop festival.
