The latest citizen satisfaction survey prepared by the city of Thunder Bay shows there is some room for improvement.
Thunder Bay city council received the Ipsos Reid report at their meeting Monday night.
Overall, the survey showed 87 per cent of city residents are satisfied with city services.
Lauren Hilderley, a research manager with Ipsos-Reid, said there were some priorities identified.
"For transportation, which includes roads and transit, infrastructure renewal, economy, as well as taxation and municipal government spending," she said.
The survey showed younger people felt they received better value for their tax dollars, and are also more in favour of online voting for the next municipal election.
