Stabbings, assaults, break-and-enters occupy Thunder Bay police
Thunder Bay has been a hotbed of criminal activity over the last few days, police report.
Police responded to more than 80 calls for service and made several arrests for a variety of offences.
On Friday morning, they said a family dispute at a County Boulevard address saw one male sent to hospital and a male youth was arrested.
Police also arrested a female outside of a south-side business on May Street, after she allegedly pointed bear spray and threatened two staff members.
Later in the evening, they arrested a woman after an assault on East Victoria Avenue sent another female to hospital with head injuries.
Police also arrested three people after two stabbings and two assaults that had happened at a Cumming Street address on Thursday afternoon.
And a man was arrested in connection with a break and enter to the Copperfin Credit Union on Arundel Street on Tuesday morning. That incident was caught on a security camera.
