An apartment fire in Sudbury's Donovan neighbourhood last night saw one person evacuated — and caused an estimated $70,000 in damage.
Greater Sudbury Fire Services said in a release that fire fighters were sent to the call on Montague Avenue close to 9:30 p.m.
Damage to the two-story, four-unit building is described as severe.
The official cause of the fire was not released, though people are cautioned not to leave cooking unattended.
