It's not easy being Green and White.

The Saskatchewan Roughriders were dealt yet another blow on Friday night, losing 27-24 to the B.C. Lions at Mosaic Stadium.

The Riders are now 0-4 for the first time in 20 years. First-year players have tasted only defeat in Saskatchewan, as the Riders also went 0-2 in the pre-season.

To make matters worse, the Riders have already lost all three of their home games this season.

Saskatchewan has won only two games — one meaningless in the standings — since Sept. 21, 2014.

The injury bug

Injuries have hit the Roughriders very hard this season. Three players — Darian Durant, Weldon Brown, and Levi Steinhauer — are out for the season. In total, there are 12 players on the injured list, including Shea Emry, Marshay Green, Mark LeGree, Keenan MacDougall, and Ryan Smith.
