Jacob MacNeill, Easter Seals ambassador, wraps up school tour

P.E.I. Easter Seals ambassador Jacob MacNeill rocks out at the annual school-tour fundraiser finale at Birchwood Intermediate in Charlottetown.

The 13-year-old with Down syndrome visited 65 schools in less than a month delivering his message, "Be yourself, everyone is different."
