Dartmouth pedestrian in hospital after being hit by car

A 74-year-old man is in hospital with serious injuries after being struck by a car Friday evening in Dartmouth.

The incident happened inside a crosswalk at the corner of Portland Hills Drive and Portland Estates Boulevard. The driver of the car is a 23-year-old man. Police have yet to decide on laying charges and are asking for any witnesses with information to come forward.
