Shark spotted near Musgravetown during food fishery
There have now been a couple of shark sightings off the province's coastline since the summer recreational food fishery began last weekend.
Megan Greening, who was taking part in the food fishery this week, captured a short video of a shark in Fish Cove, near Musgravetown.
Greening told CBC that her group noticed the shark playing with some driftwood, and thinks it may have caught the scent of the fish and came over to investigate.
She said it circled the boat for awhile, gave those in the boat a bit of a show, then swam away.
