Jami Springer's family pleads for information on daughter's disappearance
RCMP held a press conference on Moncton woman who has been missing for almost a month
The family of a missing 27-year-old Moncton woman made an emotional plea to the public Wednesday morning for any information that could help find their daughter.
"This is our family's worst nightmare," said Jami Springer's mother Gillian Fletcher at a press conference outside the Codiac Regional RCMP detachment. Springer's father and brother were also in attendance.
Fletcher said the past month has been one of praying and sleepless nights waiting for the phone to ring and hear her daughter's voice on the other end of the line.
"Jami, if you see this, please call us. We love you. We want to know if you're safe," she said.

Springer was last seen late afternoon on Aug. 31 on McLaughlin Drive in Moncton.
Staff Sgt. Maurice Comeau said the RCMP have been following up on several tips received from the public. They believe someone has information about Springer's whereabouts but has yet to come forward.
Comeau added that the RCMP continue to treat the disappearance as suspicious because it is unusual for her to be out of contact with her family for so long without an explanation.
Springer is Caucasian with dark brown hair and brown eyes.
She is five-feet, four-inches tall and weighs approximately 106 pounds.
The RCMP has posted photos of Springer's tattoos on its website. They include a flower on her upper back, a butterfly on her lower back, a red, white and blue popsicle and the Lord's Prayer on her left thigh.
Anyone with information regarding Springer's whereabouts are asked to call Crime Stoppers or the Codiac Regional RCMP.
