Earlier this month, the was hit with snow and ice rain, followed by plunging temperatures that turned streets and sidewalks into sheets of ice.
Coderre said the city's comptroller will look at each borough to see how they cleared the snow and ice after the storm.
The city received more than 3,000 complaints to its 311 information line during and after the storm, mainly about slippery sidewalks.
Between Jan. 5 and Jan. 9, the Sud-Ouest, Villeray–Saint-Michel–Parc-Extension and Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce boroughs received the most complaints, records show.
The Sud-Ouest got the most calls from residents, with a total of 243 during the five-day period.

The results of the audit will be made public next Wednesday.
