Charges dropped against man in MUHC fraud case

Charges against Jeremy Morris, who was arrested in connection with the McGill University Health Centre superhospital fraud case, have been dropped.

Charges against a man arrested in connection with the McGill University Health Centre superhospital fraud case have been dropped.

Jeremy Morris was presented as one of the principal holders of Bahamas-based Sierra Asset Management, a company that was alleged to have been a go-between for illegal transactions involving fixing the bid for the superhospital contract.

The charges were dropped today.

Six other people arrested in connection with the case still face charges.
