A woman in her 20s is dead and another has been charged after a stabbing at an apartment in Winnipeg's West Broadway neighbourhood.
City police found the woman with serious injuries on Furby Street near Broadway on Monday, after receiving a report about the stabbing around 5:30 p.m., they said in a news release Tuesday.
She was taken to hospital in critical condition, but she died of her injuries.
A woman in her 20s whom police found inside a suite was charged with robbery and second-degree murder.
She is in custody, police said.
