One dead after a three-vehicle crash near Strathroy

One woman is dead and two men were injured after a three-vehicle crash just south of Strathroy, Ont.

Two men were sent to hospital with non-life threatening injuries

One woman is dead and two men were injured after a three-vehicle crash near Strathroy, Ont. Wednesday.

Emergency crews arrived at the scene on Adelaide Road and Olde Drive just before 5:30 p.m. 

Police say a car that was northbound crossed the centre line, clipped a car going south and then crashed head-on with a pick-up truck.

The driver of the car was a 23-year old woman who was pronounced dead at hospital. Her identity is not being released.

The two adult men who were in the pick up truck were transported to Victoria Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. They have since been released.

Police said the woman in the car that was clipped was not injured.

Strathroy-Caradoc Police and OPP continue to investigate and are asking anyone who witnessed the crash to contact them at 519-245-1250.
