London playgrounds stay open, but city urges kids to keep safe distance from each other

The city of London says it will keep playgrounds open for now, but is urging kids who play on them to keep a safe distance away from each other.
The public playgrounds offer an opportunity for families to enjoy the outdoors together, city officials say.
On Saturday, the sun was shining in London and the temperature hit 2 C. Many families were out at the city's playgrounds, parks and trails, walking dogs and letting cooped-up kids run around.
Also on Saturday, the Middlesex-London Health Unit confirmed an additional case of COVID-19 here, in a man in his 50s who had recently travelled to the UK.
City officials are asking those who use the playgrounds to "practice physical distancing and follow all precautions to help slow the spread of COVID-19."
The health unit is advising people to stay two metres away from others. People should also frequently wash their hands and cough and sneeze into their sleeves.
