Vinyl records embraced by Edmonton music fans

Whether it’s the warm sound, great album art or just plain old nostalgia, people are embracing a technology that once seemed like a historical footnote.

Vinyl records are becoming the medium of choice for musicians and audiophiles, hipsters and oldsters alike.

After years of domination by compact discs and MP3s, sales of vinyl have surged over the past few years, with numbers not seen since the late 90s.
