Vancouver company iQmetrix took 200 staff to build classrooms

For the past seven years, a Vancouver software company has been taking its employees on week-long vacations at a five-star resort.

But this year, iQmetrix took 200 staff to Nicaragua to make a difference. The staff built classrooms, dug ditches and helped bring running water to villagers for the very first time.
