Man stabbed in Vancouver basement suite

An early morning stabbing in a Vancouver West Side home was likely a targeted attack, say police.

Shortly after 2:30 a.m. PT police were called to a stabbing in the basement suite of a home in the 1300-block of West 41st Avenue.

When officers arrived they found a man who had been stabbed multiple times.

The man was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
