Snow day sends Vancouverites to social media

By the rest of Canada's standards it may not be a lot of snow, but in Metro Vancouver a few centimetres was enough to thrill winter lovers and chill those who had to drive.

Elsewhere in Canada people may laugh,ย but in Metro Vancouver the few centimetres of snow that fell Monday morning was a big deal โ€” the first real snowfall in almost two years.
