IHIT on case of body found in Langley, B.C., while grass fire extinguished
RCMP say they were responding alongside firefighters to the fire on Glover Road near the Langley Bypass when they discovered the "obviously deceased person" at about 2 a.m. PT Saturday.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has been called to Langley B.C. after firefighters discovered a body while they were putting out a grass fire around 2 a.m. PT Saturday.
RCMP say they were responding alongside firefighters to the fire on Glover Road near the Langley Bypass when they discovered the "obviously deceased person."
Mounties say there is limited information about the cause of the fire and the identity of the victim.
Earlier Saturday, Langley RCMP's Serious Crime was investigating the death, but the case was later handed over to IHIT.
Police say the area around the scene will be closed off for "a significant amount of time."
