Derek Boogaard's father Len always maintained that many people were responsible for the NHL enforcer's death. Now, more than three years after his accidental overdose, two people have been charged.

Prosecutors in New York have charged former minor league hockey player Jordan Hart with selling Mr. Boogaard illegal prescription drugs in the weeks before his death. A physician's assistant named Oscar Johnson has been charged with providing the pills.
