Canada-wide warrant issued for man accused of murder in Fort Providence, N.W.T.
In a press release Wednesday afternoon, the N.W.T. RCMP released the name of the man charged in connection with a shooting this weekend. The 22-year-old B.C. man, Krystian Cogswell, hails from Surrey. He remains at large, according to the release.
