Lisa Adams spent 16 days in an extreme form of solitary confinement, known as a dry cell, in a Nova Scotia prison in 2020. Now, the New Brunswick woman is suing the federal government for damages, and preparing to testify about her experience. The CBC's Shaina Luck reports.
