The number of non-residents travelling to Canada to give birth and gain their child citizenship is dropping off, according to a former director at Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada. Andrew Griffith says birth tourism spiked during the COVID-19 pandemic, but has now levelled out to typical rates.
