This year was a big one for new housing starts in Red Deer, Alta., with that growth expected to continue through 2025. Business and construction leaders say the central Alberta city has seen its largest growth in both international and interprovincial migration in decades within the last couple of years. Plus, the city is getting lots of new investment from both industry and the province.
